About us

Delve is a principal-led advisory and people business, founded by Edward Conmy.

He has 15+ years of experience leading change programmes and building transformation capability for some of Ireland's best-known organisations - including Bank of Ireland, Musgrave Group, Smartbox, Aer Lingus, Samsung, Coca-Cola Company, Microsoft and more.
