Consulting
Design your change.
Every project starts with the people the change will affect. We research how their work really gets done, design the change with them, and test it before it scales. Then we help you roll it out and hand everything over.
Book a callDesigning change
Managing change means planning the rollout, the comms and the training once the decisions are made. Designing change starts earlier. It means researching how work really gets done, shaping the change with the people it affects, and testing it before it scales.
It's how good products and services get built. We apply it to change.
How we design change
Five phases, always circling back to improvement.
DiscoverResearch the people and the problem.
DefineFrame the opportunity and the outcome.
DevelopDesign the change with the people affected.
DeliverPilot, refine and roll out.
ImproveMeasure, embed and hand over.
Where change lands
Designed around every touchpoint.
We map the whole experience. What colleagues and customers see, and the people, systems and processes behind it. So change works where people meet it.
The kinds of change we design
AI adoption
Making sure new tools change how people work.
Organisation design
New structures, roles and ways of working, shaped with the teams who'll live in them.
Regulatory change
Including the people side of the EU AI Act: AI literacy, human oversight and transparency.
Programme and service improvement
Training, processes and services redesigned around the people who use them.
How a project works
Scope call
We talk through the change and whether we're the right fit. No charge.
Proposal
A defined outcome, deliverables, timeline and a fixed fee, agreed before we start.
Delivery
Led by Edward, with senior independent specialists chosen for the brief. The people you meet are the people who do the work.
Handover
You keep the research, the designs and the tools. Your team knows how to use them.
Client work
Management training, redesigned
Financial services
We researched and redesigned a management training programme with the managers who take it. It now runs with 1,200 people managers, and feedback rose at least 15% on every measure.
The team ran an efficient, impactful sprint, grounded in research and collaborative ideation. It helped the team take immediate action and change ways of working.
